FlyIn’ is the most experienced HOFO provider in Greece — dispatching, fuelling, parking and arranging helicopter operations on superyachts across the Aegean and Ionian. From a single touch-and-go to a full season of crew changes.
FlyIn’ started with a clear mission: to offer personalised helicopter services specialised in yacht operations, without ever compromising safety. Safety is our cornerstone, and we treat every passenger as if they were part of our own family.
The company is led by a founder whose career began on Sikorsky helicopters as a Navy Aircrewman, with extensive ship-based rotary experience across the Aegean. That background — deck approach in changing sea states, salt-air procedure, fuel discipline, crew rotation cadence — is the same operational DNA we bring to every superyacht we serve.
It is why FlyIn’ is today the most experienced HOFO provider in Greece: not because we improvised the capability, but because we were trained in it.
HOFO — Helicopter Offshore Operations — is one of the most demanding disciplines in civil aviation: rolling decks, hot fuel, restricted approach paths, customs and immigration in motion. It cannot be improvised.
FlyIn’ built that capability in Greece the only way it can be built — mission by mission, led by a former Sikorsky Navy Aircrewman with deep ship-based experience, and a dedicated dispatch desk for every operation.
Whatever turns up under the rotors, FlyIn’ handles it. Either we dispatch and support your owner’s helicopter as it operates from your yacht in Greek waters, or we arrange a HOFO-approved aircraft on your deck through our charter desk.
When a yacht arrives in Greece with its own helicopter on board, we take it from there. Permits, slots, parking, fuel, customs, repositioning — every operational detail that keeps a private rotor turning, handled by one team.
When a yacht does not carry its own helicopter — or when extra lift is needed — FlyIn’ sources and arranges a HOFO-approved aircraft and crew to operate directly from your helideck. Touch-and-go, crew change, guest transfer, or seasonal block hours.
A two-season offshore programme that put our dispatch, scheduling and crew-change discipline through the full test.
FlyIn’ was contracted to run the helicopter crew-change programme for a large Prysmian Group submarine cable-lay project off the Greek coast. The job was relentless: rolling crew rotations into and out of a working construction vessel, weather windows that opened and closed by the hour, and a logistics chain stretching from Athens to the deck.
We coordinated permits, fuel, scheduling and the flights themselves. Over the run of the project we delivered more than 200 crew changes.
Greek civil aviation permits, slot requests, ATC coordination and flight plans for every leg.
Arrival and departure formalities at Schengen entry points and onward island stops.
Fuel uplift at FBOs, regional airports, and arrangement of helideck fuel where applicable.
Vessel-specific approach profiles, wind-limit reviews, obstacle and tie-down checks.
Secure overnight parking and hangarage at Athens and regional bases for visiting aircraft.
Hotac, transport and turnaround for visiting flight crew — including discreet itineraries.
Our own HOFO-approved aircraft on your helideck for transfers, day flying or block hours.
Scheduled or ad-hoc rotations from working vessels — the discipline we proved at scale.
Line maintenance, parts logistics and CAMO coordination through our European partner network.
The Mediterranean season does not stop at the Greek border. When yachts cross to Italy, the French Riviera, Spain or further, the operation carries on under our hand — FlyIn’ stays the single point of coordination, drawing on a vetted network of HOFO-certified partner operators across the region.
You speak to one desk. Permits, slots, fuel, crew and aircraft are arranged in the background through long-standing relationships with established yacht-helicopter operators in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and beyond — with our team running the timeline end to end.
Our HOFO-suitable line and the partner fleet share a single design principle: small footprint, folding blades where it counts, and avionics that work single-pilot when the deck demands it.
Powerful, agile, the most common single on superyacht decks. Strong hot & high performance for Aegean summer.
Wide cabin, low cabin noise, enclosed tail rotor. A favourite for guest transfers and scenic legs ship-to-shore.
Twin-engine reliability with a small footprint. Folding blades, single-pilot certified, suited to compact decks.
Fast, long-legged VIP transport. Articulated rotor and slim fuselage make it strong for offshore VIP work.
